Daily exercise is a very good habit as it has lots of health benefits. You know that, right? And if you have secured a daily exercise habit (we hope you had), good for you! Entry to exercise is good but exit is dangerous. If you are habitual for daily exercise and stop your daily exercising suddenly, it can have a negative impact on your mental health and can increase chances of depression which can reduce your productivity and work. One or two days skip may not have an impact but a skip period of 3 days of more is likely to have negative impacts. So, exercise daily & keep depression away!
