Love Walking Barefoot In Park (or anywhere else)? Be Careful!
June 7, 2018
Walking barefoot in the park is a sure way for happiness & there is nothing wrong in that. In fact it’s healthy but it’s not risk free. Walking barefoot can result in infection especially for people with weak immune system as bacteria is everywhere, especially in the grass! Further, there may be hidden stones or rusty nails & other sharp objects lying in the beautiful grass that can lead to severe foot injury & may require a tetanus shot! People with diabetes needs to be extra careful as they have limited sensation in their feet & if something sharp break their skin without feeling, it can lead to severe infection! So, keep your emotion for the cool grass under control & walk safe!
