Research revealed that young children (less than 2 years old) in America (Though study is America based but we believe people in America or anywhere else can get a lesson) are consuming too much ‘added sugar’ (means sugar added to processed food & beverages & not natural sugar as found in milk, fruits & other natural items) ! Well, sugar is sweet but it is not as sweet when it comes to its health impact. Too much added sugar consumption cause high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, asthma & other problem in later life! Obviously, none of us want our children to suffer from any of these dangers. Candies, cookies, chocolates, ice creams, sugar drinks, cakes, sweets – children love all of such stuff but it all comes at the cost of increased sugar consumption. If your child(ren) demands more & more of such things & you (out of love!) eagerly give them all , please rethink! Cut your little ones consumption on added sugar items.
