We all feel low at many times in life. Sometimes it’s ‘not a good day’ in office, job issues, relationships, studies, financial problems and the list can add countless issues! Usually, we sit back & feel sad. But there is better thing you can do to make yourself feel better. Just forget the problems for a while & go for a short walk! It has the potential to lift your spirit, boost your confidence, relax your mind & make you happy again. When you’ll come back, you will find yourself in a better position to deal with your issues. While a park is the better option for walking but it’s not a requirement, just take a walk wherever you are. It can be office lobby, a street, mall or any place! After all, walking is walking, right?
