This Company is Paying its Staff to Get Proper Sleep!

Aetna Inc, an American Health Care company has come up with a very innovative & good scheme for its employees. This company has introduced a sleep scheme for its employees in which employees will be paid cash to get proper sleep (7 hours per night)!  Idea behind scheme is simple: “You can’t be prepared (for work) if you’re half-asleep“. Sleep hours are recorded on fitness devices and for every 20 nights an employee sleeps 7+ hours, s/he gets $25 reward subject to $300 per year. We must say that Aetna employees are really lucky to get work opportunity in such a good company!
