When you exercise, it gives us endorphin hormone (little scientific, right?) which makes you feel happy. Result is you feel stressed out, calm & more happier. Exercise boost your confidence & increase self-esteem. If you exercise in the morning, you can stay in good mood for the entire day. It has been also found that regular exercise can change the brain to improve memory & your thinking skills by improving your mood & sleep, reducing anxiety and releasing growth chemicals in the brain. So, if you does exercise regularly, good for you. If you don’t, start now & feel the better change in you.
