Women are more rude to women than men!

Yes, you read this complex statement right. This is what a recent study by University of Arizona has revealed. We talk about women empowerment and equality but what if women try to degrade other women? Well, that is really harsh! The study found that women face more in-civility, rudeness & mistreatment from other women at work than men. It was also found that such in-civility leads to poor work culture, higher attrition rate increasing the cost of  new hires which (in toto) cost $14,000 per employee to the employer. Well, while we are not proud of this situation but certainly it’s a little proud moment for men as they are not the only culprits which is generally the outlook of the majority!
